This qualification is work-based training and it is suitable for learners working in health and social care who wish to develop further, specialist skills and knowledge in their area of responsibility which enables them to lead in areas such as assessment or enablement. Learners could work in a variety of settings in adult social care, including but not limited to residential care, community care, domiciliary care or day centres.
The qualification would also be suitable for Lead Personal Assistants who work as part of a Personal Assistant team at a senior level.
The qualification has been written in line with the minimum requirements set out by Skills for Care will develop and confirm the competence of those who work within adult care services in England.
This course covered care certificate courses awareness and healthcare mandatory training requirements in care compliance and regulation, it will help learners to have good knowledge, skills and qualities to provide evidence-based care in the UK.
Learners who have no prior experience in health and social care will need to complete eight hundred hours of work with evidence and covered module in working in health and social care
